Scripture in Flowers

Michael on how he arranges his flowers:
Before becoming a member, while creating the floral arrangement on Sunday, I would call Donna and ask, "What is the scripture this week?" Then I created the scripture in flowers. To give one example, the inspiration for the Easter cross came just after Christmas. I went to the women's fellowship and asked them to sponsor a special Easter arrangement. They discussed it for sixty seconds and said, "Yes". Everything fell into place. The cross I used was the cross from Synod. The greenery was gathered from the church grounds. It looked so good, my helpers wanted to stop right there. I ordered the lilies, and when Mr Albritton saw what I was doing he donated many extra plants. The spirit was moving in our church this year from Maundy Thursday through Good Friday to Easter morning. I was just the instrument, it was a bigger power than me.
